Terms and Conditions – 939bet Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 939bet website at 939bet.top and all associated services, products, and features offered by 939bet. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 939bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you are using 939bet on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and you accept these Terms on their behalf. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any individual who accesses or uses 939bet.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 939bet including cricket betting, sports betting, esports betting, live casino games, Teen Patti, and any other gaming or betting product made available through the platform now or in the future.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 939bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 939bet strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been opened by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with legal requirements.
• You must be a natural person — legal entities, organisations, and corporations may not open accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 939bet complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be acting as an agent, broker, or representative of another person for the purpose of placing bets.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 939bet, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written consent from 939bet's management has been obtained.

939bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access 939bet's services, you must create a personal account. The following rules apply to all 939bet accounts:

• One account per person. You may hold only one 939bet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate information required. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information, including incorrect name, date of birth, or contact details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Verification. 939bet may require you to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any point. Verification documents may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 939bet immediately at support@939bet.top if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 939bet will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Account transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your 939bet account.

4 Deposits

All deposits at 939bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits made into your 939bet account:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), Visa debit/credit, and Mastercard debit/credit. Deposits made through any other method will not be credited and may be subject to return minus any associated banking fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another person — are not permitted. 939bet reserves the right to void bets and withhold withdrawals if a deposit is identified as coming from a third-party source.
• 939bet does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are beyond 939bet's control.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 939bet balance as soon as confirmation is received from the payment provider. For mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash), this is typically immediate. For bank transfers, processing may take one to three business hours during banking days.
• Deposited funds are for the purpose of placing bets and playing casino games on 939bet. Using 939bet as a money transfer or currency conversion service is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

5 Withdrawals

939bet processes all withdrawals in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal, though 939bet may request additional verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of standard anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are processed within ten minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays.
• Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals are processed same-day during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm PKT). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled. Funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• 939bet reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may involve requesting documentation such as a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination must be registered in the same name as the 939bet account.

6 Betting Rules — General

The following general rules apply to all bets placed at 939bet across all sports and betting markets:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 939bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the customer except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and activated before the event's conclusion.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. If odds change after your bet is confirmed, the confirmed odds stand unless the bet is subsequently voided under these Terms.
• 939bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing error has occurred — for example, where odds were set at an obviously incorrect level due to a human or technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Bets placed after the result of an event is known, or where the outcome is foreseeable due to the commencement or completion of the event, will be voided and stakes returned.
• The minimum stake for any single bet at 939bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet placement interface.
• 939bet reserves the right to limit or restrict the account of any customer whose betting patterns are identified as potentially harmful to the platform's integrity, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting software.
• All bet results are determined by 939bet based on available information from official sources. In the event of a dispute, 939bet's determination is final.

7 Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting at 939bet allows players to place bets on events that are in progress. The following specific rules apply to in-play markets:

• Live markets are updated in real time and odds may change significantly within seconds. 939bet operates a brief delay on live bet acceptance to manage this. If odds change between your request and acceptance, 939bet may offer you the new odds or return your stake at your option, depending on the configured acceptance setting for your account.
• Live bets on cricket — including Pakistan internationals and PSL matches — are subject to suspension during wickets, boundaries, reviews, and other game-state changes. Bets placed during a suspension are held and accepted once the suspension is lifted, unless 939bet identifies a conflict with the known game state.
• In the event of a technical interruption to 939bet's live data feed during an in-play event, all open live markets may be suspended until the feed is restored. Bets already confirmed before the interruption remain valid.
• 939bet will not be responsible for any live betting decisions made by customers on the basis of scores or statistics displayed on the 939bet live score page. Any discrepancy between displayed scores and official records will be resolved using official data from the relevant cricket board or sports governing body.

8 Live Casino & Teen Patti Rules

939bet's live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Sic Bo, and Teen Patti — are governed by these Terms in addition to the specific rules displayed within each game. The following general rules apply:

• Game results in the live casino are determined by the physical outcome of real cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by live dealers. 939bet does not generate game results through software random number generators in live dealer games.
• In the event of a technical failure that disrupts a live casino game in progress, the following applies: if the game round can be completed using available data, it will be; if not, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Chat functionality within live casino tables is subject to acceptable use policies. Abusive, threatening, or offensive messages to dealers or other players will result in chat access being revoked and may result in account suspension.
• Live casino game outcomes are final once the dealer declares the result. Disputes about live casino outcomes must be raised with 939bet support within 48 hours of the disputed game round.
• Teen Patti games at 939bet are played in accordance with standard Teen Patti rules for each variant (Classic, Muflis, AK47, One Day, and 999). Variant-specific rules are displayed within the game interface.

9 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

939bet offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR. The specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented or communicated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is clearly stated at the time of registration and may not be used interchangeably across different promotions.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once by creating additional accounts is a violation of these Terms and constitutes bonus abuse.
• 939bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time. If a bonus has already been claimed, the wagering requirements stated at the time of claiming will continue to apply.
• Bets placed on certain low-margin markets, or bets that constitute arbitrage patterns, may not contribute to wagering requirements. 939bet's determination of which bets qualify for wagering requirement purposes is final.
• If 939bet identifies abuse of its bonus programme — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software to place bets, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — it reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, void associated bets, and close the account without notice.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 939bet and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and if applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or at any time.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or verification.
• Using 939bet while under the age of 18 or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds from fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to defraud 939bet through manipulation of games, exploitation of software errors, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the platform in any automated manner without prior written consent from 939bet.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting — simultaneously betting on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of result — where it is identified as systematic rather than incidental.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 939bet staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or responsible gaming measures imposed on your account.
• Accessing 939bet using a VPN, proxy, or other method to mask your true location where such access is being used to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

939bet may suspend or close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes.
• If 939bet determines that maintaining your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 939bet reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as partial or full compensation for losses caused by the breach. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

939bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment and we work actively to prevent problem gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours after any change request.
• Session limits: You may set time limits on your playing sessions. When your session time is reached, you will be notified and, depending on your settings, automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Requests to end a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will not be granted.
• Reality checks: You may enable periodic reminders that display your total time in session and net win/loss position during a session.

13 Privacy and Data Handling

939bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 939bet is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance. 939bet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to 939bet's legal obligations. Data deletion requests may not be fulfilled where 939bet is required to retain data for regulatory or legal compliance purposes.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 939bet's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to 939bet in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

939bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the 939bet platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond 939bet's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from your own betting decisions, including decisions made based on information displayed on the 939bet live score section.
• Loss or damage caused by unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 939bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15 Changes to These Terms

939bet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 939bet will notify registered players by email to their registered email address and/or through a notice on the 939bet website. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the revision notice.

Your continued use of 939bet following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using 939bet and may request account closure by contacting support@939bet.top.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
